Our service includes the following:-

• Initial visit to discuss requirements
• Once the project has been discussed, we will then organise a full site survey to take measurements. 
• Initial drawings are produced and emailed to you. Any changes required at this stage are then undertaken for your further review (email and a site visit)
• Once you are happy with the drawings, we then organise the forms for planning permission and submit to the local authority.
• We then discuss the plans with the local authority - they may recommend changes to the drawings to comply with planning guidance. We will make these changes after discussing them with you and resubmit to the council. 
• Once you have obtained planning permission, we can then submit the building regulations forms to the council on your behalf. 
• Once you have building regulations in place, works can commence.
